Vishal Vohra, President & CEO
He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering in 1993. He was recruited by Bankers Trust, New York and worked in their IT division for a number of years before moving to Morgan Stanley, New York. Returned to India and set up Rheal Software (P) Limited in 2000. He has grown the company to a staff of over 100 developers serving over 400 clients in the US, Canada, UK and Australia. His primary role at Rheal is Sales & Business Development.
Ranjan Vohra, CFO
He graduated from Boston College with a Master’s Degree in Finance in 1993. He has been involved with Rheal since its inception and had been providing advice on the various aspects of the business from day to day financial operations to business development to foreign exchange hedging. His primary role at Rheal is Finance.
Ramnath Iyer, Head, Technical and Senior Project Manager
He graduated from the University of Mumbai in 2001. He worked as a web and desktop application developer with various organizations for a number of years before joining Rheal in 2003. He provides technical guidance across all development teams and helps steer our foray in new and upcoming technologies. His primary role at Rheal is research and implementation of new technologies besides regular project management.
Arun Jadhav, Head, Quality & Training and Senior Project Manager
He graduated as an Electronics Engineer in 1997 and completed an MBA in Finance in 2005 from Mumbai University and has associated with Rheal since 2003. With more than 15 years of IT experience, he is responsible for all Training and Quality initiatives within the organization. Apart from managing his projects, he is actively involved in in recommending and implementing various company policies. His primary role at Rheal is Quality & Training and Project Management.
Tejas Vora, Head, Operations and Sr. Project Manager
He graduated from the Mumbai University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in 1999 and has been associated with Rheal since 2003. He possesses more than 15 years of IT experience and specializes in delivery and project management and has excellent track record of analyzing the processes and recommending automation and re-engineering solutions. He has been instrumental in crafting, implementing and monitoring key organizational policies. His primary role at Rheal is Operations and Project Management.
