Choice Solutions Services, Inc has a very strong background in claims adjusting in the Property Insurance industry. They have extensive experience in Structural damage evaluation, Property claims adjustments, underwriting inspections etc.

They needed a way to manage their entire process including vendor management, file tracking, invoicing and overall management.

To help achieve their goal Choice Solutions needed a web solution that would help them with:-

• Claims management
• Create a Vendor database of Staff and Independent Adjusters
• Integrate with Property damage estimating systems like XACTware and symbility
• Develop an Invoicing and Payroll system

We needed an infrastructure that could easily scale as business grew, be economical and help us focus more on the application rather than the infrastructure. Microsoft Azure - Microsoft’s cloud based technology helped us to meet this expectation.

The application was designed using the cutting edge Microsoft.Net technology and MVC framework. MVC was the choice because of its modern approach, separation of layers and full control over HTML, css and javascript. We also employed Telerik controls and Kendo UI that provide a richer look and auto adaptive rendering technology that makes the application look native like in mobile devices as well.

The system that we developed provided the following:-

• A comprehensive claims management system that tracks the full claim cycle
• Vendor management system that generated a database of Staff and Independent Adjusters
• Integration with XACTware and Symbility that effortlessly bridged the estimating data with the claims management system.
• A smart invoicing and payroll system that integrates with the QuickBooks Accounting software.

The resulting solution has thus helped the Staff Adjusters to collaborate and review the work submitted by the Independent Adjusters enabling them to analyze the estimates provided in quick time. This has subsequently helped to reduce the claim processing time ensuring that the policy holder was satisfied and content with the claim handling and processing.
